COOKIE POLICY · YARIPO

Cookies , consent and preferences

This Policy explains how Yaripo SpA uses cookies and similar technologies on its website and on current or future subdomains, how prior consent works for non-essential categories, and how users can accept, reject or configure their preferences at any time.

Executive summary

Strict European model

Yaripo adopts a prior-consent approach for non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies may operate without consent to the extent they are indispensable for the functioning, security or delivery of the service expressly requested by the user. Analytics, preference and marketing cookies remain disabled until the user consents.

Operative principle. Rejecting non-essential cookies should not prevent access to the main content of the site, unless a specific feature technically requires a particular category that the user has not yet accepted.
User control

Preferences on this very page

In addition to the initial banner, Yaripo provides a preference centre within this Policy so users can review, update or withdraw their consent at any time.

Direct access. You can go directly to the preference centre.

01

What cookies and similar technologies are

Base definition

Cookies are small files or identifiers that may be stored on or read from a user's device when they visit a website. Similar technologies include, among others, browser local storage, online identifiers, pixels, tags, SDKs or equivalent mechanisms that allow preferences to be remembered, sessions to be maintained, performance to be measured, navigation to be analysed or functionality to be personalised.

02

Applicable legal framework

GDPR and European standard

Yaripo structures this Policy in accordance with the GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, adopting a prior-consent standard for the storage of or access to information on a user's device in respect of non-essential cookies.

Under this model, strictly necessary cookies may operate without consent when they are indispensable for delivering the service expressly requested or for ensuring essential technical functions, while analytics, preference and marketing cookies require a valid affirmative action before activation.

03

How Yaripo uses these technologies

Purpose of use

Yaripo may use cookies and similar technologies to:

04

Cookie categories

European category model
1. Strictly necessary. Indispensable for the technical functioning of the site, security, basic navigation, consent management and the delivery of functions requested by the user. They cannot be disabled from the preference centre, as without them the site or certain essential functions may not operate correctly.
2. Analytics. Allow traffic, navigation, events, interaction and site performance to be measured in order to understand how the site is used and to improve content, design, user journeys and performance. They remain disabled until the user grants consent.
3. Preferences. Allow user choices to be remembered, such as language, region, visual settings or non-essential experience parameters. They remain disabled until the user enables them.
4. Marketing. Allow campaigns to be measured, messages to be personalised or browsing to be associated with promotional or advertising activities. Yaripo may not currently use them, but the category is maintained for future deployments. They are disabled by default.
05

Google Analytics and technology evolution

Current analytics and updates

Yaripo may use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, including its versions, modules, improvements or updates current at the time of operational implementation.

References to Google Analytics should be understood in an evolutionary sense: the specific configuration, internal event naming, parameters, consent modes, integrations or associated components may change with provider updates or with the technical evolution of Yaripo's stack.

No exhaustive technical table. This Policy does not contain a closed technical inventory by individual cookie, precisely because the ecosystem of vendors, technical names and durations may evolve. When relevant changes are implemented, Yaripo will update this Policy or its banner/preference centre to reflect the current operational state.
06

Consent, rejection and configuration

Activation logic

When a user first visits the site, Yaripo may display a cookie banner allowing them to:

Consent, where required, must be freely given, informed, specific and unambiguous. Yaripo records the user's choice via a cookie or local preference storage, in order to respect the decision made and avoid requesting it unnecessarily on each visit.

Standard applied. Analytics, preference and marketing cookies remain disabled by default until consent is obtained, and can be disabled again from the preference centre.

Third parties, vendors and transfers

Some cookies or similar technologies may be provided or operated by third parties, such as analytics, hosting, security, automation or performance vendors.

This may involve international processing of online identifiers, truncated IP addresses or usage events, depending on the vendor's configuration and the deployment environment of the site or its subdomains.

Read together. To understand the personal data processing associated with these technologies, this Policy should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service .
